 v1

Im from the city where swag is a must on my money
and in my heart it says in god that I trust
but there is a way bigger issue in my bus-sum
having deadly decisions while in prison to the rhythm
I am locked in a cage so please pardon my rage
Im not use to defeat I guess its part of my age
I stand in amazement while im looking at life
im only getting older so at times i think twice
for the mistakes that ive made and the
games that ive played and as im looking back
I thank God that im saved
and as im looking forward there is no
drifting away man dawg its time
ima say what I gotta say

Its heavy on my chest I got friends who did dirt to be the best
I got friends who spent ends to get sex Im talking they whole checks
it was here and then gone and if you hearing this song you know I pray for you strong
yeh i pray we keep pushing cuz our days aint long

man ive seen real men i mean cold blooded killas
fall into visions of women who had no intention
to heal you with that look in her eyes she wanted
to kill you but dang you was gone with the wind
you never had you a daddy but you were destine to win
being a product of where you came from you were prone
to sin its the same cycle dawg here we go again

here we go again

here we go again

here we go again

here we go again

"Coming Home Tour" Day 25

This is the Niger Bridge it is the boundary between onishta and asaba in delta state very awesome bridge! Very Historic to African culture!

Man since the last time we spoke I was in Lagos and I was in meetings trying to get booked and trying to get more involved with my culture while I have time here and so much has happen since then forreal. The days are running so fast. My time here in Nigeria is coming to a close and I'm excited to go home but kinda sad at the same time. So let's debrief: I arrived to Lagos March 15th and I had 7 shows lined up. They all got cancelled due to people trying to steal the per-sale ticket money and also not having to proper sound equipment to help get the event off. Then the one event I did was very short and impromptu but it turned out well. When I first took the opportunity to come out here I thought it would mainly be business and ministry orientated but I was wrong God really took me outta my comfort zone to show me some much more. He showed me myself in the faces of my cousins and my aunt's and I was challenged as a man to find a way and do something for my people in this country. I was also shown how spoiled and selfish I have grown to become over time and many many other things in my life that I'm battling currently. To be honest with you I was fighting it telling myself that I'm good and I dont need to make any changes but sometimes God will take you clear across the globe get you sick put in you sub par living conditions cancel everything you thought you were going to do to get your attention and he did lol man I just wanted to rap talk to a few kids about God make a few bucks and leave but now my perspective on life has really changed and I want to do more for my people starting in Abia State and expanding from there. I don't know what that means exactly as far as music and other things of that nature but I know now that I have much much more work to do besides just making good rap songs. Its been a process for me and I've been really stretched but I really enjoy pleasing God. So with that being said I need to make some big changes some life altering changes. So I'm going to keep praying and seeking God for more direction and I ask that those who care to please pray with me. I posted on facebook that I was sick and it is due to these items below:

This is called "MEAT PIE" and I love love love this things but after I ate this I was super sick and super weak and I was ready very ready to come home to the USA but after a few days this food left my system (in a very unpleasant way) and now I feel much much better. lol. Well I got an announcement! I'm having a show called the "Welcome Home Show" at the Fallout lounge May 17th 10pm and its a free event. Hosted by DJ DEUCE DEUCE I'll be preforming two new songs that night and I need to pack the place out! The venue is small and it fits 100 people and I think we can get that many! The first 50 people to come to this event will get a nice little gift from me! Y'all know I love to give free stuff so please please try and make it out for that! I guess that's all I have for now. Please keep me in your prayers I got big decisions to make thank you soo much! PEACE & LOVE

"Coming Home Tour" Day 12

So today we left Aba and went to Lagos to meet some people about performing in a few hotels across the city, and my dad had some business deals lined up as well but first we had breakfast: eggs tomatoes, onions, oil, plantain. Delightful.

The trip from Aba to Lagos was like a 12hr drive and we took this coach bus. It had AC and it was pretty nice. I slept most of the way! The only problem was the misquotes!

The one thing about this country is that everyone and I MEAN everyone drives one of these! Or you might catch somebody rolling in a Camry! Even the coach bus we took was a benz! I didn't even know they made em! lol

While we were on the way to Lagos we got stuck in a huge traffic jam. I've expressed my concerns about the traffic regulations in Nigeria on facebook and let me tell you it was bad real bad (Michael Jackson) lol. We were stuck in traffic for more than 2hours!

So when we finally arrived to Lagos we had to find some transportation from the bus station to the hotel. So I took my first bike ride. I was pretty nervous but it was fun and now I want a motorcycle. lol

When we got to the hotel everyone treated us soo nicely and took our bags and I was greeted with one of these. Now I usually don't like nuts, but Africa has proven once again that they have the best food I have ever eaten and this is no lie! They were so good!

...and this also comes with the stay at this hotel and it is what they call: "Point and Kill"

and this is the hotel..its really nice..and could possible be one of the place I perform at before I leave!

...and this is a nice little view from my room.

So we will be in Lagos for the next couple of days then we head back to Aba for an event and then we go to Owerii for a radio event. Its been a wonderful time here so far. We got in contact with a PR person and he is helping me start an radio campaign to not only push my singles from Mind the Gap AND videos but to also promote my final concert here in Nigeria. Its going to possible be in the last weekend of April more details are to come. Its a really cool way to end the tour on a high note with one really heavily promoted event by a radio and TV sponsor. So that was a huge blessing from God that everything fell into place for that. Ive just been seeing nothing but provision after provision being handed to us here on this trip I have been changed since I've been out here and I see more than ever that people really need God and us as believers need to be stronger in our representation so people can really see God in his fullness and his power. I'm honestly talking with myself. I have truly been changed in all areas of my life and I'm very thankful. More updates are to come. Peace and Love.
