I will live my life according to these beliefs

God does not exist

It is just foolish to think

That there is a God with a cosmic plan

That an all-powerful God brings purpose to the pain

and suffering in the world

Is a comforting thought, however

It

Is only wishful thinking

People can do as they please without eternal consequences

The idea that

I am deserving of Hell

Because of sin

Is a lie meant to make me a slave to those in power

“The more you have, the happier you will be”

Our existence has no grand meaning or purpose

In a world with no God

There is freedom to be who I want to be

But with God

Everything is fine

It is ridiculous to think

I am lost and in need of saving

Party time in Merkel, TX

This summer has been pretty quiet as far as touring and events goes and honestly its been nice. Since I've been back from Nigeria I've done about three events and my most recent one was with one of my best friends DJ Promote. He got booked to DJ out in Merkel TX which is just outside of Abilene, TX and he had me come out and do two songs! I love going to church camps the kids come ready to have fun and these kids were no exception! Check out the video below! I remember when the phrase was in everyone's vocabulary for months and months at a time and to be honest it still is but with this book I'm not sure what this is going to be about but I would buy it just to see what the author would say...I love the title and concept. lol...

Dream Often

I saw this picture on a blog and I was moved by how iconic it looks the two words alone are so bold and say soo much.  I love it. What do you guys think? What do you dream about?

Flower of Life

The Flower of life is such an intriguing concept for me. Ive been reading more and more about it and its crazy how big parts of the world and even religions were created by geometry. I remember in high school how much I hated that class! I failed it once! But recently I've been captured by the ideas and its amazing how God has created these methods to help us understand the world we live in. I saw this symbol in a blog post from Matthew DiVto he created the graphic and I was amazed how he was able to the capture the true essence of the flower of life. I encourage you to read more about this concept and try to collate the ideas to your faith in Jesus its beautiful. The best way for me to describe it is this: the way the center of the graphic is radiating it represents holy spirit which represents water which represents birth which represents life which also go together with the idea of baptism. So when we are looking at this symbol we are looking at our yourselves and in my humble opinion this is how God views us when we accept him into our lives and follow his teachings. Its awesome.  I really should be sleep but I can't for some reason lol. I'm learning about love and developing an understanding of who I am as a man and it been very very tough but its good at the same time just knowing that God hasn't left me and he's just trying to grow in me. I'm sorry I know its a random thought but I had to get it out thank you for reading! Goodnight friends!
