 DJ Whiz, DJ for the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars, has agreed to play the song at the annual NBA All-Star event later today in Houston, Texas.

Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas – February 15, 2013 – Today, one week before the official “Dallas” release, hip-hop artist Moses Uvere got a life-changing phone call: that his new single “Dallas” will drop tonight at the NBA All-Star 2013 game in Houston, Texas. DJ Whiz, DJ for the Dallas Stars and Dallas Mavs, decided to play the song after hearing it this afternoon. “This is a game-changer!” enthuses Uvere. “I can’t believe that that arena is going to hear my song!”

NBA All-Star 2013 is February 14-17th. Today is NBA All-Star Media Day in Houston. The All-Star celebrity game is tonight at 6 PM in the George R. Brown Convention Center Sprint Arena. Some of the hottest celebrities will play in the game. Uvere is set to perform “Dallas” live on CBS 11 This Morning on the day of the release, February 22, 2013.
